I don't monitor the email address I use so you will have to post that you have done it. The email address is professorshays at gmail dot com. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words......... I wish I could scan and put my documents in an e-mail form to let you see them. One I have no way of doing that since my printer/scanner is broken plus I have no clue how. I recently went on a NACA webpage and found an Attorney that meets all my needs. At the moment the documents are with him while he is in the process of preforming a forensic audit. I have come to the conclusion my loan servicer has no intentions of working with any of us. They way they are treating the requests keep leading to foreclosure. That tells me after all my time and effort to save my home it was a waste of time trying on my own or any non profit agency for they get the same run around that ends with a denial. I has always appreciate your time Daniel. Wish I could have been able to show you my picture. Both NOD's say National City, First Franklin, Home Loan Services, MERS and now LoanStar has acting trustee to see the foreclosure completed. This German Bank is the only one mentioned on my paperwork. The person who claimed to have contacted me is listed by name at the county. If I get those back soon I will work out a way to get them to you. Happy Sunday, Catherine |
