I have posted here before and understand that in CA the non purchase money loans or refinances are recourse. I am wondering from people's experience has Chase been coming after you personally after the foreclosure? I am seeking legal advice on this matter, and have had some good info that states I have a decent defense due to my situation and other precendents. Just curious? |
