Good question, but I checked the County Recorder...and my house has NO MORTGAGE or LIENS OF ANY KIND. JP Morgan is upset if you don't pay them. It does not matter to them if you owe them money or not. Look at the campaign contributions of the big banks. Goldman Sachs OWNS President Obama. They were his LARGEST single campaign contributor....and they also spent millions on President Bush as well. We need to have OUR government take down the BIG banks one at a time. This mornings news show BANK OF AMERICA PAID BILLIONS IN FINES for ILLEGAL ACTIVITY to its investors it ripped off, not to the mortgage holders it ripped off. We need mass arrests...prosecutions and capital punishment including public executions of financial criminals INCLUDING banksters.

Madoff gave testimony how WALL STREET banks knowingly helped him steal BILLIONS....but the US Attorney REFUSES to investigate campaign contributors to the President. In Mexico...it's called Mordida or BRIBES...in the USA its called "patriotic involvement" and "constituent service" ie PAYBACK time by crooked politicians to their major donors. JUST VOTE THE ALL OUT...Repubs and DEMS....they need to be prosecuted for their crimes.

Wow, what a mess. First of all, I think you would get more help if you started your own thread. Second of all.... I don't even know what else to say! What in the world is the average joe (or anyone?!) supposed to do in this situation??????? It seems we are helpless against these big banks- even ones that we do not even do business with!!! This reminds me of an article I read. A lady in FL was served with foreclosure papers on her house that she had owned outright. She had bought it in CASH and paid in full at time of purchase. But it was a foreclosure that she had purchased FROM the bank (Bank of America) and so their paperwork got all screwed up (surprise surprise) and they decided that she had a mortgage from them that she hadn't paid on since she bought the house! Well she took them to court and even won court costs, etc. Which they refused to pay on and she was actually able to serve THEM with foreclosure papers and she was able to raid their office and take furniture! Anyway, I think you should probably file a police report for trespassing, just to have it on record and to be on the safe side. Then I think instead of calling the number on the letter that was left at your house, you should call the main customer service number at JP Morgan and see what they have to say. It sounds so fishy! Next, I would talk to the landlord of your property and see what his take on the whole mess is. Maybe he got some kind of HELOC that he defaulted on or something. Good luck and keep us posted!

Reginald, jeez - you are positively FREAKING out! Maybe relax a little bit. Could it be they went to the wrong house? Or perhaps your landlord is contemplating a loan on the property and is in the application process? In any event, if you are not the owner of the property, then even if they have a beef, it's not with you and they aren't asking you to pay anything. I don't understand this whole diatribe of yours.

I suggest that you look up the phone number for JP on this site and make inquiries there if you have a whole lot of time on your hands. Probably a good idea not to go divulging information to anyone until you verify who they are.

I also suggest you forward the information on that card to your landlord.

Oh I was confused. For some reason I thought you had a house on a rented lot (like a Mobile Home or something) and you were mad because you already owned the home and they wanted to potentially take it. But yea, if it is a house that you do not have any ownership to at all, then I wouldn't be too worried. However, if the landlord wants to let them inside then you have to let them. Sounds like to me you are one minute away from wanting to live completely off the grid! hehe just kidding, but I hope this is all a misunderstanding.

In Florida, one is considered ARMED under the law if one breaks into a home and is equipped with tools. They may break into the wrong house one day. It will be an interesting case.

The lawyer for Wells Fargo and Fannie Mae has discovered this thread. He used it during my last hearing.

He used it against me. Because I am fighting back. It was brutal.

I really hope that Moe and/or Evan Bedard will respond to this. I mean, My God.

JILLSTACI - You mentioned in your first post back in 2010 that similar homes to yours were selling for 75k. I suspect that has gone down even more since then. You also indicated you've spent 42k thus far in attorneys fees & you're willing to drain your retirement account to continue paying those attorneys. Imagine where you'd be had you just saved your money. You could have another house by now.

Keep in mind when all is said & done, he who has the deepest pockets wins! Justice is FOR SALE to the highest bidder. I have seen this over & over again. Who really wins here? The attorneys & all their "billable hours". It's their job to rack up as many billable hours to line their own pockets with profit.

You can't change the past, but you can do things differently from this point forward. PLEASE DO NOT liquidate your retirement funds. That is what you have left to fall back on. I'd hate to see you give that up, & get nailed with attorneys fees from the defendants.

Anything that you put in writing & post on the internet is subject to public scrutiny. The banks have hired staff whose job it is to scour the internet & do damage control. Bans are targeting & making examples of people like us that choose to "fight back". I took the time to read your entire thread. You may want to re-read your posts so you can sort out the facts that are o.k. to post & the comments / opinions that you know worked against you.

What kind of response are you seeking from Moe / Evan? My pearl of wisdom for the day: Be careful what you post on the internet. Big Brother is always watching!

I understand, now, that everything I post on the internet is now part of my lawsuit. This was a hard lesson to learn.

I guess I was hoping that Moe / Evan would help publicize my particular case... I mean, it's been so many years.

I got an offer from Wells Fargo a few days ago, to settle my case... for $100.00.

I will accept this, as long as Wells and Fannie admit (publicly) that they were wrong in breaking and entering my home, per the terms of my Mortgage Agreement.

    Let's see how that goes.

I think I have a new attorney - my original attorney apparently could not attain adequate discovery after $65,000 and almost three years.
