I found a website that I thought was interesting...it helps you calculate the money you would save or lose by walking away from your mortgage...

Thanks for posting. Looks like we will save about $1300 a month by renting over paying our mortage. I think that if they figured in all the repairs and other crap you have to buy for a house that you own, the figure is probably higher.
