Foreclosure Record on Husband's Name if WIFE not on TITLE/MORTGAGE ?

My husband is the only person on the TITLE & MORTGAGE for our primary residence.
He will be going though foreclosure soon.
After the foreclosure his credit will be damaged, but mine will be intact since i am not listed as a borrower on the MORTGAGE.

WHAT ABOUT THE FORECLOSURE PUBLIC RECORD?
WILL IT BE FILED ON HIS NAME ONLY ?
(WE LIVE IN AZ COMMUNITY PROP STATE)

I WANT TO CONFIRM THAT MY NAME WILL NOT APPEAR ON THE FORECLOSYRE RECORD ... because I WOULD LIKE TO BUY ANOTHER HOME AFTER HE FORECLOSES ..

Normaly under the Fannie Mae guidelines one is not allowed to buy a home for 7 years after foreclosure, but if my name is not attached to the foreclosure record then i should be in the clear to buy a home with my own income and credit score
