Can you share your experience regarding the time from 1st missed payment to the auction date for Arizona-Phoenix with BOA (1st and 2nd are both with them).

We also have B of A for first and seconds, but in Yuma. Post on the other link cause we would be interested to hear your story. We wont be making the November payments.
