Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | US Loan Auditors Form 008-1 Hi everyone, Got these notice thru certified mail regarding predatory lending from US Loan Auditors ar Rancho Cardova, CA. It was noted that my lender is under investigation for predatory lending and I may qualify to participate in their lawsuit to stop foreclosure, lower my principal balance, lower payments, receive financial compensation etc. It also talked about the statute of limitation laws and time to participate is very limited. Is this US loan auditors for real? Anyone has a thought? I'm kinda reluctant and I'm throwing this questions to you guys since someone may know or may have been involved. |
