Renting back after foreclosure - Loan Modification Forum

Has anyone here stayed in their home past the trustee sale and assuming an investor bought it at the auction, you tried to do a rental agreement with the new owner? Be a great way to stay put but at much reduced monthly cost.

May be a possibility. I have seen homeowner who have negotiated to stay beyond the trustee sale from 1-3 months. But not this, interesting concept.
