Or will a sheriff will show up and stamp a sign on my lawn. What should I expect?Just worry about it as yesterday I already received a certified letter from a law firm trying to collect the 4 months I own from my first mortgage and it says that if I don't pay by the 3rd of October my loan will become due and owning and failure to meet this requirements will result in the commencement of a foreclosure action and the lost of my home. Thank you guys I know that the time we try to stay in our homes as we try to save varies but trying to prepare my self and my family. |
