Hi all, I've posted several times on the site and many of you may know where I am at in the whole process... but if not, heres a quick synopsis. Last payment was 5-09 and I've received my NOD for the NV property. Countrywide \ BOA are being the usual punks about the whole DIL \ Short Sale thing... as in they want all of my financial info before they "disapprove" me. My financials are strong; I can afford the place on paper. Im walking away because its over 100k underwater and I'm tired of bleeding that money out every year. I'd love to SS\DIL and be done with it, but I KNOW that I wouldnt be approved with my financials. I've read some other posts about them possibly using that info as leverage for a deficiency judgement... any thoughts \ experiences? I've posted this question before too, but just to get an update, has anyone had a deficiency judgement passed on them in NV? Thanks! |
