Just completed short sale - Loan Modification Forum

Just completed short sale.... Thanks to this FORUM. My first and second release they rights for deficiency. My advice to others is:
-Be patient, work hard, answer on all telephone calls, be communicative, polite, keep property nice and clean (to attract buyers), find real estate agent who is experience in short sale (but never trust agents, they do best
for they interest, not yours), stick up to your guns and read this forum.
I spend lat of money to find right lawyer, but most of my questions is answered here. thanks again, and good luck.
