Property in AZ loan Construction-Permanent. Primary residence. My question is: Is this qualify as purchase money loan in AZ. Thanks

To the best of my knowledge, it would be a purchase money loan because it is essentially one loan program. It works in unison during construction and once you receive a certificate of occupancy, is when it turns into an official purchase money mortgage.
