Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Delaying the Foreclosure Process Has anyone had experience delaying the foreclosure process by accepting a modification, paying only one month, and then starting the cycle again of hanging on another 6 or so months? We were offered a mod through NACA, but have not responded yet. If we accept it and pay for only one month, we're wondering if the default process will start all over again. Also, if my loan in non-recourse (CA), does a modification affect that? Thanks in advance, this has been a great resource! |
