Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | california bill SB2X-7 and AB2X-7 hi everyone i live in the state of california and i was reading about this bill passed into law by Arnorld Schwarzenegger sb2x-7 and ab2x-7 going into effect may 22 2009. i received my NOD on april 13 and i was wondering does this forclosure moritorium apply if yer already in default thanks? my lender is countrywide. |

At this point I believe nearly all of the big lenders DO meet those criteria, so impact of the bill is likely to be pretty small. |
