Got Regestered mail today - Substitution of trustee - It looks FAKE to me?

Hi everyone,
I have a question on a letter I received today.
Its a notice of Substitution of Trustee.

The letter goes like this:
Pursuant to Section 2934a..... a copy of Substitution of Trustee attached.... reflecting Cal-Western Reconveyance Corp as appointed trustee.

On the attached letter, it mentions its a recorded doc but there is no recording number etc.

It says:

My name, My Wife's name
was the original trustor,

Universal American Mortgage Company LLC,
was the original Trustee,

Mortgage Electronic Reg Systems
was the original Beneficiary

under that certain deed... date.. book no... page no

Whereas undersigned is the present beneficiary under said deed of trust and whereas undersigned desires to substitute a new trustee etc etc.

Now therefore, the undersigned hereby substitutes
Cal-Western Reconveyance Corp
525 East Main Street, P.O. Box 22004
El Cajon CA 92022

as trustee under said deed.

The Problem is:
Universal American Mortgage Company was the initial company we got the loan from (US Homes builder) and the loan was transferred to Wells Fargo a month later.
So my servicer is Wells Fargo.

My guess is this company is faking it and probably will want money from me if I call.

I checked our online county recording office and there is no mention of this reconveyance.

Any help is appreciated.
