I checked the trustee website (Tiffany & Bosco) and I don't see our listed in either list they have, which is "Pending Sales" and "Sales Results." Anyone know what may have happend? I want this to be over already. |

But, you have to be really committed to staying and ride it out. And it's not any kind of fun. If I wasn't home the day of the auction, they would have changed the locks on me, with my remaining stuff inside, and it would of gotten ugly. So I couldn't leave the house at that point. Talk about trapped in limbo. And yes, I'm barely missing the super high temps moving this week. Now that I'm free, I might heaad on up to Alaska for the summer. I'm kidding. But it's a thought. |

I didn't want to pass up on this rental house, since it was just about the nicest one we saw out the 10 we looked at. Plus, I couldn't take the stress of staying there and not knowing. I have a chronic illness and stress makes it really act up, so for health reasons if nothing else. I still get a little stressed, because it's still in our name and I am afraid someone will vandalize it. My husband goes there about every two weeks or so to take care of the front yard so the HOA doesn't fine us, but that's it. |
