I have 6 mos. to get out, BUT now the downstairs neighbor has water damage... not sure where it is coming from, but it could be my furnace.. (even though I don't see any water) or it could be from my shower somehow.. just not sure, a lot of stuff i could not afford with huge mortage pmts.. i called a plumber and he will come tomorrow. who is responsible for the bill? or if i have a big problem who fixes it? if i cannot use the furnace i will have to move out.. i am so confused and worried. .... any advice??
