I've decided to walk away from my condo and I want to go back to school full time. I know foreclosure should not affect my ability to obtain federal financial aid. However, does anyone know about obtaining private loans after foreclosure? My mom is willing to cosign for any school loans but I'm still worried it might be difficult to obtain the funds I'll need. Any advice? |
