I'm past 30 days late on both my 1st and 2nd. I have a rental. I faxed them the hardship letter, paystubs, etc, and they said I dont have enough income. I showed a surplus of $200. She also said I have to be current on the 2nd before they would consider doing a modification. Anyone had any luck doing a mod with them for a rental? |
