for settling 2nd with wf. bank ordered bpo and agent called What should I do now?

I'm middle of the settling my heloc which is underwater by 50k~60k

I am 12~13months behind.

I already send offer by fax already. and bank want proof of fund so I faxed copy of cashier's check,

since it's coming from my family member, they made cashier's check that amount to wells fargo.

today I just got a call from local real estate agent. who says he got bpo order from wells fargo.

but problem is, and my question is do I let that agent come in to my house take a picture?

is it normal and standard procedure?

please give me any advise. it will be appreciated.

Please post any onther info you feel comfortable with. I am in similar situation but no pay on Wells Fargo 2 years. I have not spoken with them in over a year after them not budging below 30%, and yes competely normal from everything I have read to get a local BPO. No not give them any finacials.
