    wells fargo businessline settlement

i was wondering if anyone has had any luck with settling or any advice for a wells fargo businessline.

on another note i wanted to thank tom for all is valuable advice. i wish i found this site before i drained my
retirement savings to pay everyone back. if i found it before i would have saved all my money & would have
gone from being scared for 2 years to a more confident person.

    thank you again

Wells Fargo Business Line - attn: Tom

hi tom or anyone with suggestions,

i know you use the scorched earth policy, but i know i can be found by the creditors. i have a large wells fargo business line that i stopped paying over a year ago & i closed my business & someone new had bought it from the lender.
i still have this unsecured balance & recently received a letter from the ca. would you recommend i send a validation letter or just ignore it. my house is upside down & the only real asset i have are my 2 vehicles and some personal property. i am not worried about wage garnishment because i only work part time for myself. if i were to get sued since i dont own much would you then recommend bankruptcy?

thank you as always for your advice.

What did the letter state you received from the ca? Just my opinion, but if it did come down to them filing a suit against you it would be a good idea filing BK to prevent the judgement against you..

thank you. i received a letter from a company called CASCI who said that their client CASH llc purchased the wells fargo account and placed they collection with them. then it goes on about the regular 30 day to dispute the validity of the debt. not sure if i should just wait it out or request the validation. i try to check the forum before asking a question from a member to not waste their time, but am no sure what to do at this step. my home is gated & i work from part time from home due to illness & am scared of somehow getting a judgement against me. i dont have any real assets, my house is completly underwater & all i have are my 2 vehicles & my personal property. very little funds in the bank. thank you for any advice.
