    PNC Bank Settlement Question

Can anyone tell me what department I need to address in letting PNC Bank know they may contact me for a settlement? The last contact I had with them was through the short sale department and I don't think that is where I need to address this request to. I'm thinking the settlement department but not really sure. Also, I know it is not relevant but do you believe if no payment has been made in over 2 years this has been charged off even though it was discharged in a chapter 7? I noticed on my credit report that PNC had looked at my credit report 2 months after they denied an offer last year.

It seem some other members have also worked with their short sale department for the settlement process. If you type in "PNC 2nd mortgage settlement" in the google search bar at the top of the page you will find other members who were successfully able to settle their 2nd with PNC..
