I just pulled my credit through freecreditreport and I have not paid any of my cards in 4 years period . amex 25k amex15k usbank 10k those are the high ones.
In Ca after 4 years they can't sue , so I noticed US Bank is showing I made a few 35 dollar payments in 2010 which never happened what can be done? I have had zero communication with any CC's.
How can I prove I havent paid them? I am assuming they did this to be able to sue me as the 4 yrs are due this coming month.
Amex has sent me offers for 30 percent I don't need credit so I will just wait it out 3 more years for them to come off even if I pay them it will still reflect as negative.
