Credit Repoting question

I had a mortage with TBW and my loan is now being serviced by Cenlar. It is owed by Freddie Mac. Things are such a mess with TBW being investiged by the feds Cenlar is not an reporting to credit agencies.

Will my late mortgage payements show up when ever Cenlar starts to report this. As they do not look to do so any time soon! Would Cenlar report a foreclosure to the credit agencies or would Freddie Mac? Wonder if/when my credit will take a hit as I in the foreclosure porcess

I am current waiting to get my NOTS for foreclosure and no hits to my credit as of yet.

I recommend you read the FCRA. The act dictates the credit reporting requirements. You'll find all your answers there.
