    Unhappy HSBC Capital One hardship

    i have a hsbc card since 2006 now capital one bought hsbc i getting the run around i calling trying geta repayment plan set up since my income been reduce i cant afford the present payment they are saying it must be 30 days late but other say keep calling they come around do yall have any numbers or email to upper mangenment that can help

    I'm so sorry I did a search and could not find any good contacts for Capital One, but we do have many here who are also with Capital One so I'm sure someone will chime in soon..

    Thank you I call executive team for Capital 1 they stated that it still HSBC so if any one can give executive team for HSBC. It will be truly appreaciate thanks you all for your help!
