My countrywide account now shows the message "your account requires special attention call us....". When I was going through my first mod attempt directly through countrywide I know it displayed the same message. Is this a good sign that countrywide is at least looking at my paperwork submitted by naca already?? Any help would be great. thanks |

My account had that posted on it when I was going thru the process as well, but it also had it on there prior to that when I was over 60 days behind on payment, What I did notice that once the mod process was underway I could not access the online payment feature or send messages thru the message center. At one time I showed 2 proposed modifications in active processing on my online account 1) I assume was the ag 12/1 settlement (my own attempt) and 2) the Naca proposal. If you click on the left side, financial hardship information and then workout information it will show the modification status, but this information is not always up to date or accurate (my status still shows 1 mod in active processing from 11/08 LOL!) but my modification obtained thru Naca is done, completed and all changes done to the account. | |

Good luck! |
