Just keep writing and bugging them. There are options that dont include up front fees. I would e-mail and say you want to speak with a different negotiator. Tell them that you know there are options that dont involve up front fees. You just have to be persistant. It works!

Wait and see if someone calls you today. They should. It takes a few hours. When they do call, let them know that you want to speak with someone higher up in home retention.

i have called everyone i can think of and e-mailed what more can i do about the crappy loan mod i got i have to sign it and have it there by AUG 19

Hi alikeith

i wanted to update you this morning i called Kevin Winn at NACA and left 3 messages he called me back, they have nothing about this mod i was sent he said to fax it over i just did that. also congressman Ron Cline in FL if helping me his office has called BoA as well still in waiting.

I would wait to hear from the Office Of The President. It sounds like BOA is offering you a mod outside of NACA.
