i told my story and that i was working with NACA and submitted on 3/30 and when are they going to look over my file.
To be honest I am just upset and when I’ m this way I pick-up the phone and e-mail everyone that I can think of. Governor Senator, mayor, congressman-person. I have sent out so many letters this week, I am just making my self sick so I let it out in a good way ffice

I just recieved a notice of trustee's sale from Recontrust on behalf of countrywide; however, the original promissory note was not attached. Would this possibly delay the sale of the property? if so< who would I contact regarding this?

also i just got off the phone 1:14 pm (FL) with CW/BOA and she said that there is no paperwork from NACA, nothing!!! WOW what is going on!!

so my negotiator called this am and the caller id had this number on it 972-230-0752 when I switchboard it, it comes up this....

All;

NACA submitted 4-8 to CW. No word yet but I am trying to push the issue as I am 6 mos. behind...so the clock is ticking as they say. Anyway....
As some of you know I sent a letter Priority mail to Barbara Desoer last Monday. It should have arrived Weds at the latest. No word so I started emailing her (2X) Thursday afternoon. Late Friday I received a call from AC 805-000-0000. I checked reverse lookup and the AC serves Simi Valley, Ca.
That is CW HQ. They did not leave a message and no return call as of today so far. I hope all of us waiting will get some some news very soon.
BOA seems to be tightening the conversation rule with NACA clients as I could not get much info from them Friday morning. Also tried NACA again and basically they know nothing yet. Even when they send emails to CW they do not get answers! So.....we wait. And that is getting harder to do!!
Any news from anyone regarding April submissions from NACA to BOA?

Cobra, I emailed Barbara Desoer on Friday afternoon AND cc'd the Michigan Attorney General and two Michigan Senators on the same email. I got a call back from someone regarding the email within 3 hours and was speaking to a negotiator at CW/BofA by Saturday. My NACA file had not been looked at by CW up to this point (submitted by NACA on 2-28 and new information submitted on 5-5). The CW rep told me to give it another 2-3 weeks but to communicate with NACA for updates. I think the only reason I got a quick response to my email was because I included the email to state politicians. Hope this helps you, but ultimately it is a game of patience and more patience.

That is good information. I think the faster we can get our files looked at the better. Whatever it takes!

Hey Cobra,
We had ours submitted a week after you and we were told 30-45 days. That will be the end of the month and I've been reading of people here who have been waiting a lot longer. I am trying to be patient through this process as I didn't get here overnight and don't think the cure will happen that way either.

I too emailed both Senators Levin and Stabenow, as well as Atty General Cox last week, no response, also sent one to Pres. Obama. Today emailed Barbara Dosoer. Hope we get some response also. Any thing to get this thing moving. If I don't hear from them this week, I will email all of them again next week. And every other week until hopefully our restructure is approved.

dthom, when the negotiator from CW called me on Saturday one of his questions was "Did you need something specifically from Ms. Desoer?" And I said I need her to put some pressure on CW to approve my NACA submitted mod. He said they are required to answer any email sent to her or Ken Lewis BUT I think the only reason I got such a quick response was because I cc'd the politicians on that email. He said give it another 2-3 weeks. Gosh, I hope we have an answer by then because once we know it can take several more weeks to get paperwork squared away. My time bomb with the cc card companies is ticking alot faster than I wished it would. I had hoped in February I would have some kind of resolve with this by now.

j-nice I just posted this in another thread, but BOA just called me twice from the Customer Relations Advocay Dept ( formerly office of the President). First call I was told it shouldn't have taken this long to hear about a modification, then tried to get me to leave NACA and use one of their negotiators, I told them no way, after my experience trying to CW to do anything I was staying with NACA and thanked her for the call. Called me back 5 minutes later and told me to give her name , phone number and fax number to NACA and she would see that our account was assigned a negotiator right away for a decision. Also said they have been swamped with emails from people ( way to go LoanSafe members !). Now I don't know if I should contact NACA and let them know what I did or not.
