Countryside Loan Mod Application? How do I get this started?

Does Countrywide have a Loan App that you need to fill out?? If so, is it available on-line?? How do I get it??

remacts,
First thing you will need to do is send them a hardship letter:Examples of a Hardship Letter here is an example.

Contacting them on a regular basis, and documenting each contact is necessary. They will instruct you with the other paperwork they will need from you.

If possible, send the hardship letter certified mail so that you have documentation that they received it.

I do not believe there is an online application.

After you send in the Hardship Letter then you think they send you an loan mod app with financial statement forms and other info they need?

That is correct....the terms of the modification and financial requirements are up to the inveser on the loan that CW services. Most likely, after sending your letter, and repeated contact by phone, you will be put into their home retention dept and will be told what other paperwork they need.
