| I had a loan mod approved back in November of 2008 with CW. But this modification has not taken effect to this date. I can only afford to pay the loan mod mortgage amount and have been paying this amount, even thought my Monthly Home Loan Statement is showing the old mortgage amount (which I cannot afford to pay). Should I keep calling them and keep getting the same answers? Please help me with any suggestions or answers. |

| Re: Loan Mod issues with CW... Hi deensacto, Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining............ So you received the modification docs in November...........signed and notorized them and sent them back to CW and they never updated your account...............is this correct? Did you call the number off of the modification docs to make sure that they were received back and why your account hasn't been updated yet? What number was on your modification docs to call?
