Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | CW Rep seemed to get a bit flustered ...when I asked who the investor was on my loan. The HOPE team Rep. told me I should find out from them. According to CW, Freddie is the investor on my loan. Is asking them to produce the original signed note hype, or could it actually stall them and buy more time? |

I did it my note and hud closing statement are there. |

Look at the bottom of the 1st page of the note if you have it online, does it say conforming or non-conforming? if it is non-conforming then your loan may be a subprime or a jumbo ( loan amounts over $417,000) |
