CW Modification

Hello,
I am new to this Forum. We were rejected today (via website) for our modification. Does CWHL send a letter stating why? I just spoke with someone yesterday and was told that we were "conditionally approved"
It is not the first or 15th time we were told all was going well and looked good.
Anyway if someone can let me know if a letter is sent out and if CWHL works out a payment plan since we were denied I woul appreciate it. My husband and I are both disabled and cannot afford a lawyer so I guess we will just suck it up and hopefully they will work something out for us for a repayment like we were promised in case we did not get approved.
One more question...since Obama spoke last night, did a lot of people get denied today?
Just curious.

If this is the only property you own..............you would be able to get free help from NACA.........they are a HUD approved counseling agency and their Home Save modification services are free..........they were able to help other members by working directly with the investor on your loan through CW's non profit dept. with low fixed rate modifications..........

Thank you so much. This is news to me. I will check into it and post what happens. I am sure that the phone will start ringing off the wall today from CWHL..LOL! Thanks a million again!
