Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Loan modificaton approved back in July 2008 Back in July 2008, CW was able to freeze our payments to $1750 for the next 5yrs. Which was great. Then when we got our Jan 2009 statement it jumped up to $2400? We called of course, they said there was a glitch. We've been calling for almost 2mos now. Every week the retention/modification dept said it would take a week to fix and now it's going on 2mos. The supervisor can't help us. Wouldn't even take off the late charges(not until the glitch is fixed). They keep telling us another dept is fixing the glitch.....escalation dept? Im afraid that this is going on our credit report. What should I do? Who should I contact? |
