| Lossing my home I feel like cw is trying to screw me over. I called them back in Dec.08 to get help. They put me in the hardship program. They took all my info. and said don't call us it will only prolong the process. If we need any more info. we will be in touch. And don't make a payment because it will show you can make your payment and it will kick you out of the program. I received 1 letter asking about my home insurance, I called them the same day as I got the letter gave them all my info. she thanked me and said we will be in touch. Next time I received a call from a debt collector. She said that are account shouldn't be in with them. So she tried to get a hold of the hardship. She came back and said she couldn't find out anything. The next call was again from a collector she was a little more helpful. She said that they are trying to get us in another program where we will be paying 25.00 more. She also added that if are house goes into foreclosure they wouldn't get in touch with us. Should we get a lawyer or what. I love my house and I don't want to loss my home. When we first got are home 5 yrs ago we could afford it. Now my husband has lost his job and its getting harder to find one these days. If there is help out there we need it more now then ever. Oh one more thing the collector said was start making your payments now. Don't know what to do now. Thank you for any helpful advice. Tina |
