CW customer service site down/

I'm trying to check and see if I have a response from the message center at CW and it's down. Is anyone else getting this too?

Re: CW customer service site down/

I just tried and I got and error saying the site is too busy. Which seems to make sense... Perhaps try later this evening?

Re: CW customer service site down/

I spoke to a home retention team agent yesterday and she told me that I did not qualify for a modifacation because it was not affordable. I looked at my budget and as I have no other debts, no extravencies such as cable TV, the only way I can reduce my monthly expenses to qualify for modification is to cancel insurance on my vehicle, not use any heat or air conditioning, save water by wearing clothes 3 times before washing them, limit showers to every 3 days, stop getting my medication for hypertension, and eating only every other day. This will give me a budget surplus of $13 a month, so I can no afford a mortgage and 10.25% which is robbery since BOA got 45 billion dollars from the government and the prime

Re: CW customer service site down/

countrywide is playing games. i have a 10.3 interest rate, current but barely making the payment within the 30 day period. Was rejected for 2 loan mods with countrywide over not enough surplus, not enough need (i'm still current).

i applied to naca and my paperwork was submitted on 1/20. waiting for cw to respond. naca submitted proposal for a 6.5 interest rate which would be a blessing. Please go with naca, they are organized and will prepare a budget for you based on your income.
