Help Does anyone have fax number

I've faxed my pay stubs to CW 3 times and they say they haven't received them. Has anyone had any luck faxing documents.

I faxed mine to 1-800-669-0102 and I sent it to attention Carlton(which is the rep I spoke with) at the Home Retention Department. I checked online the next day and they were showing recieved. It was just a waste of my time though. But good luck!

I faxed mine to 800-658-0395.

I faxed mine over & over. It is at their expense since it is an 800 number so I had nothing to lose to make sure they received it and couldnt say they did not have it! Make sure you put your loan number on every document most importantly!!

I faxed my entire workout packet to 800-658-0395(ATTN: WORKOUT). Be sure you write your CW loan # on ANYTHING you send them. I was able to see that they received my packet in about 3-4 days on my CW site....

Thanks for the numbers. I'll try them all. They cancelled my application for a mod because I didn't send them the documents, but I sent them 3 times and I have the transmission sheets from the fax machine showing that it connected to their fax number.

1-800-658-9364 is the number. One thing I've learned is that the first level reps will almost always say its either cut off or they didn't get it. Fax everything at least 3 times and keep asking if there is anything else they need from you with every conversation with the workout departments.
