I got through quickly to a (collections) rep who seemed completely overwhelmed. She said in a very rushed manner "the computer's down, call back in 2 hours." So, I said "you want me to call back in 2 hours" and she said "yes" and "sorry for the inconvience." I said "ok" and hung up. The conversation was about 5 seconds ! They seem TOTALLY overwhelmed at CW. Their computers probably crashed today. That's why it's important to document (in detail) ALL of your attempted and completed contacts w/ lenders (esp by tel).
