Re: Received Fedex Packet from CW today what a joke It is posssible that they won't offer you the same thing, if you do not return the documents by the required time. But if the payment is not affordable to you, whether or not they offer it to you again is irrelevant because you can't afford it.

Re: Received Fedex Packet from CW today what a joke I may be able to afford it if nothing happens in my life. I am only left with 159.00 so if my car breaks down or my furnace breaks I can't pay for anything to be fixed.

Re: CW Modification in Phase 2 Stage BONY Investor If countrywide told me my investor does not do modifications (which I can't believe!) would the 12/1 program be able to supercede the investor or is NACA still my best bet?

Re: CW Modification in Phase 2 Stage BONY Investor Mickey- I sent in all my info and the website has been updated. It says it should be all complete by the 16th. I have not sent a payment in yet as my first payment is not due until the 1st of March.

If your investor does not allow modifications (which there are quite a few) then neither the AG Settlement or NACA will be able to assist you. | |

Re: CW Modification in Phase 2 Stage BONY Investor There are certain loans, with BONY as the investor, that are not able to be modified. It depends on where the money that backs your loan comes from.

re: My Countrywide Story success Is there any way to find out my investor? The first time we applied (we were current), countrywide said that were denied for one reason, and the second time it said cancelled by investor. Is it possible that they did not even contact the investor because we were still current?

re: My Countrywide Story success HeeHoo22 I have a payoption arm through BONY that countrywide services. In regards to the Dec 1st plan how low of an interest rate would BONY allow to get to 34%? Mine would have to be pretty low or the terms modified to achieve that.

Re: Confused now what is this? Are you qualified for the AG modification? I've seen some of these mods going out from the "heart" team...but the loan was switched to the AG modification, and one hand does not know what the other is doing at CW

Re: Confused now what is this? They tried to tell me the offer I received on 2/3 was the AG option program. I have no idea what this is and if it is pretaining to the same modification that I received on 2/3 why they are giving me a date of 3/16. I am confused could they be offering something else already. Has anybody gotten an update like this.

Got a call from the Office of the President Hi I got a call from the office of the president of CW today. I called back and they wanted to go over a few things. Than they asked if I was still working with Naca when I told them yes they told me that they wanted to wait until maybe Thursday when they have the Naca proposal to go over my options. I am hoping that this is a good thing and hopefully a better offer is coming. I got really mad last Friday and sent emails to everyones email address I could find at CW and the head of Naca my senators and President Obama. I asked everyone who received the email to forward it to someone they thought could help me. And told them I would send it to their email everyday until I received a respose. I am not sure if this is what got me the call from the office of the president. Now it is going to drive me nuts until Tuesday to see what they offer. Hopefully the will offer me Naca's proposal of 4.15 for the life of the loan. This is a good sign isn't it? mommy1119

Re: Got a call from the Office of the President Well, no one has ever called me from the office of the president. Shoot! I never even got a negotiator, lol. I'm sure your persistance had something to do with it. Good for you. Keep us posted.
