| Never give up Hi just wanted to thank the authors of this website for the great info. My husband and i found this web site last year after going through our first modification. We were included in the december 1st program for our second mod. One of the best pieces of info i recieved on getting a mod was to call everyday. I must have called countrywide three to five times a day when we first started each time i recieved different info, but it pays off in the end. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU |

| Re: Never give up Thank for the encouragement. I have Homecomings but I have start calling almost every day since my contact person don't call me. Usually my calls are routed in India and most times they make me feel like I should not call. I called once today I will call later today!! Thanks |

| Re: Never give up I said that you may want to wait not don't call and also that it was up to you...........I am sure there have been members who have called before the date............and I also mentioned that some members are going through the process with NACA in addition to CW so that they are able to see what outcome is best for their situation.............. you may want to go over to the success section of the forum and read through some of the stories there that were helped due to LoanSafe and the advice and help given here on this forum, and also for some added hope and inspiration.

| Re: Never give up Hindsight is always so intelligent...but perhaps the fact that I did keep calling and checking did affect our initial denial. Everytime you call CW, you risk (gosh I hope they can't track these posts)...you risk speaking to an idiot. You risk them doing something to your notes, to your account, that you do not want to have happen. I have to say that I now agree with my husband that says just stop calling them until they call you....make sure to check your contact messages as you don't want them to be asking for additional information and you not provide. But you also don't want to give some dingwit a chance to mess up your notes. I can only think that is what happened to us, and maybe others. We called, to check on the status - or to inform them of whether or not we were making a payment - and then BAM. Maybe we were placed into a different queue. My advice...follow CW instructions but make every backup plan you can... |

| Re: Never give up sandy..........with CW there is not a right course of action.........we have had members that have called relentlessly and were approved......look in the success section too........and then we have had members who waited and their files were closed due to what CW said was a lack of communication on the customers part.......so it can go either way with them..............changing information in the middle of a modification program that they announced is a key example of this.

| Re: Never give up Thanks *** - I just reread my post and hope you realize that when I was saying hindsight I was referring to myself having hindsight not anyone else. What you said about now having a right course of action really hits home. I was just talking to my husband that the very reason why we were deined for a regular modification (not having hardship) might be the very reason why an investor would approve us... |

| Re: question about modification offer and NACA submission Hi, I just got my modification letter and am in the process of working with NACA now. I am now understanding that I can't take the modification and possibly restructure with NACA. This doesn't seem right. Can someone let me know. I hope I understood this wrong. |
