Information on Dec. 1, program we received today.

Hi, this is my first post here. I've learned so much from loansafe and am so thankful, I came across it. This has been such a stressfull time and it's great to have a place like this to come to for information. Anyway, my husband and I were told several weeks ago we should qualify for the Dec. 1, program and we would be receiving something in the mail. My husband called CW today, because we still hadn't received anything from them. After, being passed to around 7 different people he was able to get some new information. Again, today he was told our loan is one which should qualify for the program. She said to fax in 2 months pay stubs, 2 months copies of bank statements(make sure to put CW account number at the top of each bank statement page) and a hardship letter. The fax number given to submit the paperwork into is 800-658-0395. He was told we didn't have to wait for the letter in the mail but to submit our information now by fax. I hope this information may help.

Sound slike they still are giving different info.

When i called in on the 24th, i reviewed my financials with them. I was told to fax my paystubs. After that, they said i should recieve a packet of info in the mail between Dec 3-5th. Nothing yet. When i log into my Countrywide account, it shows my account is under review, that i should have more info by the 15th on my mod status. It also shows that they have recieved my paystubs.
