Given the history of your situation from the start and the offer you were given...............I think that this offer is more than fair.............if you feel otherwise then ask them.........and if it is something that you are not going to be able to afford moving forward.............you will have to ask them what other options are available..........such as Short Sale or Deed in Lieu.

Thats so long almost 700 pages can you just tell me was the bill that it would take a borower out of forclosure and the qualifications that you have to be in forclosure and be paying 30 % or more of your income to your mtg.. I dont know where i heard that but i cant find any articles on it anymore..

I Am In The Process Of A Loan Mod As You Know By Reading My Past Threads I Received A Call Last Week From A Neg She Gave Me The Forbearance Amounts That I Will Have To Pay For The Next 3 Months Which Was The Same As The Mtg Payment That Got Me In Trouble In The First Place She Told Me That She Would Call Me Back Later That Day So I Can Discuss With My Husband Still To This Day She Will Not Return My Calls I Call Daily Loss Mit Sends Her Emails And Messages On Vm But She Will Not Call Me Back.. What Should I Do Who Should I Speak To

You would have to ask them...............some here have received higher payments then they had orignally because taxes got escrowed and principle was added to what was an interest only payment before..........

i forgot also when i did my financials i had 200.00 left a month and the neg told me that i do have that 200.00 left monthly so i should be able to do it ...
