Given the history of your situation from the start and the offer you were given...............I think that this offer is more than fair.............if you feel otherwise then ask them.........and if it is something that you are not going to be able to afford moving forward.............you will have to ask them what other options are available..........such as Short Sale or Deed in Lieu.

Thats so long almost 700 pages can you just tell me was the bill that it would take a borower out of forclosure and the qualifications that you have to be in forclosure and be paying 30 % or more of your income to your mtg.. I dont know where i heard that but i cant find any articles on it anymore..

You would have to ask them...............some here have received higher payments then they had orignally because taxes got escrowed and principle was added to what was an interest only payment before..........

Hello ok i have been in the process of loan mod. i got a call telling me that my new payment was basically the same as when i started the mod my rate did go down which is good but my principal went up 35,000 is this the way it should be so my principal os 385000 which my house is worth 200,ooo everyone that i know they have all got the principals knocked down to what the house is worth why is asc not doing this...,

I remember you....you've been at this for a while now. From what I've seen here on the forum, investors are NOT doing principle reductions. Some are doing principle deferments but it's not a principal reduction.

I personally do think that there will at some point be these loans that are rewritten - they will have to be. We are all really just renting since we have little or no equity or minus in many cases. It will take years for us to get back to where we were.
