I'm currently in chapter 13 with countrywide. I have a adjustable rate that adjusted in july. My mortgage is not included in my plan only my late payments were in the plan. CW has told me that my payment is 1853.00 and I can't pay that amount. I was told I was eligible for the new program that begins in dec. I'm currently 3 mths behind and I know foreclosures are on hold. Can they still foreclose if I'm eligible for the new program?
