CW Loan Modification timeline question - Loan Modification Forum

We called CW on Wed of this week and submitted all financial information via fax on Thursday. They said that it takes up to 30 days and we can check the status on the website under work out. The problem is that NOTHING is listed under the website under work out.

How long should I give them before I call or email to follow up since it is not showing up?

Their system reflected that my ppwk was received about 2 days after I faxed it. Good luck!

mine took months before it showed up. Just keep calling and checking. According to them sometimes it takes very long because of them being backlogged. Just keep it up.
