I was searching the web to see if anyone else had a case similar to mine and I came upon this thread. My case is so simalar with the difference that the broker was (name removed) and that my signature had actually been forged on the orignal application and the information hand written, which was not in my handwritting. It also appears that they pulled my original signature from another document and attempted to place in various singnature areas. The document has my income inflated to the tune of $12,989.00 per month, I wish. This is more than double my salary. In addition there is an area on the application which is completed by the interviewer, they crossed out that it was a telephone interview and then checked that the interview was done face to face which was a lie. Then they had my ethnicity as a white male, when in fact I'm obviously African American! I will follow your advise as you gave this dear person. I also provided complete documentation as well. Any additional advice would be appreciated.  |
