THe documents say the interest rate and monthly payment will adjust in accordance with the note, Adjustable rate rider and any other loan that is affix to or incorporated into the note and rider. For me that means that my original rate 6.94 it changed 6/01/08 the next change is 12/01/2008 the modification is temporarely and adding the payments behind (6) to the new balance .The Hope Team said that the rate will be fix for 5 years but when i called countrywide they said that they are the only ones that can make the chage . Are they Separate Company's?. I proof to this people that my income lower and my child had surgery on 6/01/2008 and still there help is so little. If someone has same situation that i have with the Modification documents did the The Hope Team kept there word. |
