| Who is Recontrust? Who is ReContrust? Is this the foreclosure branch of CW? Are all CW foreclosures handled by Recontrust (non-judicial and judicial)? Do anyone have any recommendations on how to deal with them? Do we not give them any info at all as it could hurt your situation? |

| Re: Who is Recontrust? I know ReContrust was the company listed on my sale date notice when I received it, so I know they handle at least some of Countrywide's foreclosures. Beyond that, though, I don't know, but I imagine someone will be along shortly that does.

| Re: Who is Recontrust? How about the other people on this forum? Did you get your NOD or notice of sale from Recontrust or Countrywide and what state are you in? I'm just trying to figure out if this is their normal way of foreclosing. Also, did Recontrust send you a verification of debt letter? |

It said that our loan had been turned over to them for foreclosure. And then it listed a bunch o typical options for loan mod's. So I did fax the letter over to NACA like you suggested. I went to their site but it doesnt seem to be working right. Thanks | |
