the saga continues,the negotiator called today to inform me that they lost my paperwork,tax return, 2 pages of the document my paystub and 2006 taxes. then because the notary didnt put Joy S on the notary page i have to pay for this all over again!!!!! I am so over this b-------!!! I asked who gets in trouble for this!!! I hate countrywide.. I want to just file chapter 13!!!

ok, i am havent went crazy.... resent all paperwork and now i am waiting for final approval which is this week....

so heres the next update.ok got a call this am saying that the docs have to be faxed to india... (yes i said INdia) and then scanned into another system so the final approval will be done...... wow....... never late again after this... this is so crazy...

Recieved a letter today stating my fha partial claim ....... Was approved and my mortgage was reinstated!!!!!!

well,i am back again to complain thoroughly about countrywide. Here goes... After my partial claim went through i paid my first payment on October 14th. Ok that was done very happy on to bigger and better things. Now NOv comes and after calling once week to ask why my mtg payment hadnt posted and being told it was because the codes from the negotiator where still on my account and they couldnt do anything but call my negotiator all i could do was call and wait call and wait again. well, finally yesterday i was told by countrywide customer service that i they sent my october payment back on Nov 11 and that it was there mistake i was furious!!! she told me that since the payment processing dept was in India she would not be able to help and for me to go get the money and resend and they would report the correct info to the credit bureau.. WELLLLL......... I get to the western union to retrieve and resend my money,they tell me i will have to wait 15 days and they see the money but i can have it back yet... Ok ,next i call the partial claim workout supervisor and she takes 2 minutes to remove the so called hold that i had been trying to have removed for the past month!!! Now i get a call today from the same lady i spoke to before who tells me my fha partial claim file is being audited due to not paying october!!!! I am irate!!!! now i am caught up and countrywide is screwing me for no reason!!! I would like to sue them for mental anguish and agrravation!!!! I am calling fha in the morning to complain!!! Who can i call??

I would contact HUD and complain...........they really don't like the servicers of FHA loans treating customers this way..........

well i called and then transferred me to the ftc. I did recieve my money finally back through western union and resubmitted the payment.. hmmm lets us see how this plays out. I will keep you posted.
