I think I have been sent start-over-from-the-beginning papers by Bank of America easily 10 times. no exaggeration.
One of the last sets if just got is Making Home Affordable papers but I for sure need a CAP/RECAPITALIZATION modification. I have arrears. my financial situation is not what it once was but has stabilized. Wondering if I should even bother with these.
I have another set from the Office Of The President that says if I submit they will consider me for an in-house modification.
And I have a third set (all came separately within a month) that comes from the bank but just says Bank of America Loan Servicing LP- Loss Prevention Department.
I am exhausted from starting over and over submitting and resubmitting and I don't think the bank's departments share data/files. The packets aren't even consistent in what documents and information they ask for. Do I do them all? Thanks renee626
