Hello
If anyone is out there your advice is need and appreciated. Recieved loan modification from countrywide yes recieved documents had notarized sent funds paid first month of modification went to continue to pay and informed my lender does not accept modifications as you all know it takes three months they should have knew that before they took my upfront funds with return of documents and my first modifiction payment now they say reapply why? you only going to deny me in writing this time do not trust them help if anyone out there has idea i do have a lawyer involved but i just cannot be the only person out there help!!!!!!!

Stressed ( need help !!!)
My modification was reversed after all papers signed and funds sent and first payment made. Discussed with them why investor doesnt take modification. Keep getting calls no one knows why dates keeping changing all i hear in foreclosure since June know i dont qualify they say for modification investor denied 7/7 but know they say reapply? why?? Help frustrated and stressed

I already answered your question here in your original thread about other members going through this........
The modifications are given by the investors on the loans.........your loan mod might have been processed without final authorization from the investor..........
you indicated that you have a lawyer involved..........we are not lawyers......you would need to have your lawyer work on this with you.

Hello Forum
I am still battling with countrywide attorney fee are getting to much told to write letter to countrywide to ask them to honor modification anyone out there have any good fax and email address to some of the higher ups? I only have the original address no direct contact to workout employees please help!!! Attorney fees unbearable attempting this alone and hopefully with some help from the forum
