To be fair

I just want to be fair. I think LoanSafe.0rg has helped a lot of people especially those who are qualified for Loan Modifications. A lot of homes were saved through LoanSafe.Org about 131 homes to this date, thanked God for their moderators like Moe, Andrew, Poppy and Professor Shays and of course Cat. One house was saved doing Short Sale, and I don't know about Deed in Lieu and Foreclosures. I myself is doing Short Sale and again thanked God for this site who gave me the list of names to email and the trick on how to email.
But sometimes I wonder when I asked questions and put some of my information regarding short sale, that Cat will delete the ones I have put in. I don't see anything wrong of what I wrote, or deregatory or offending in anyway, just want to cheer up people and wants to share the experienced I've had doing short sale and if I did offend anyone, just a human being and I am very sorry, forgive me, no harm intended. But anyway thanks guys, a million from my heart.

Thanks again,
Faith

Re: To be fair

Thanks for the compliments, Im not sure Cat would delete your posts even if you disagreed. The only way they would have been deleted is if you posted private peoples names/contact info or posted unapproved sites. Several weeks ago we were spammed and hacked and a lot of posts were deleted and members were deleted. Let me know if I can help. My email is below.

Re: To be fair

A very good thought was mentioned here just now.
We consider homes saved when the home owner stays in his home thru a mod or negotiating tactics as a success.
Yet the home owner that recognizes a short sale, died in Laue, or to walk away and foreclose, are the only option; These are also successes a different kind of success but a success.

I believe and I could be wrong that when Moe started the site it was for the purpose of saving homes. As this unpredictable mortgage crisis break down continues " a moving blob I think Moe called it once " the needs of members changed. No longer was just saving homes enough. Advice and council about other options was needed and out moderators stepped up told us what we needed to know.

It is my belief that if a home owner comes out of this satisfied that all was done to save their home and realized that when was not possible with a calm clear concise mind made the best possible decision for them selfs and their families that is also a success !!!

of course this only my opinion.

Re: To be fair

Faith............

I am sorry that you feel that way......

"To be fair" we can't help it when we have to remove an infected post.............
There have been several attacks by spammers on the forum recently and numerous posts in the Countrywide Home Loans section and a few others had to be deleted because they were infected...........some of your posts might have been caught up in this................the links that were posted in these threads were far worse than losing a couple of posts...........

Not only was it the most disgusting thing but my purple flowered computer was infected. I was thought the flowers were going to wilt and fall off. Cat and others might rememeber how long and extra hours it took for me to get my purple flowered computer. The anti everything had just expired. Oh MY !!!
